History and Highlights in London

London is one of the most popular destinations for travellers the world over, and for good reason. Its charming blend of quaint English architecture and traditions, edgy fashion and art scenes and tied national dishes of a pub roast and chicken tikka masala add to London’s varied appeal. Royal enthusiasts will revel in the endless options for castles beyond Buckingham Palace, while history lovers will enjoy experiences like the Tower of London and London Bridge. Then there are of course shopping, wining and dining experiences galore – all accessible on both guided tours and independent exploration.

Spirituality and Sunsets in Bali

Close to home, accessible yet exotic, Bali is the perfect escape for a blend of culture and relaxation, with the options to dabble into history, spirituality and shopping as you see fit. While Kuta is the epicentre for Australians, and partying, in Bali, elsewhere the pace is slower, the food fresher and the experience more authentic. The southern coastline is one of dramatic cliffs, ideal swimming beaches and epic surf breaks that you could admire for hours. The regions of Seminyak and Canggu are dotted with relaxed luxury villas, but the action of Kuta, with all of its bargain shopping and entertainment, is a short car ride away. To experience the picturesque terraced rice patties and surrounding jungle, yoga and meditation, a trip to Ubud in Central Bali should be on the agenda. While the east and north coasts offer a glimpse into the Bali of times gone by.

Drive Away in Auckland

While Auckland offers excellent culinary, art and retail experiences, the real drawcards are beyond the city limits. Day trips from here include the volcanic coastline, lush rainforest and black sand beaches of Piha, the wineries and food experiences of Waiheke Island and the Waitomo gloworm caves. Further afield, too, you’ll discover the majestic Bay of Islands, the geothermal wonder of Rotorua, Hobbiton, for Lord of the Rings enthusiasts, and the majestic, active volcano of Mount White, all at your own self-drive pace of course.

Singapore in Style

Often seen as a stopover to destinations further afield, Singapore is increasingly a sought after destination in its own right. Clean, beautiful streets, a fine balance of traditional and well-designed modern architecture, a rich cross section of cultures and art and retail to rival cities the world over. Singapore is a destination that is easy to navigate, welcoming, polite and fascinating.

Say Aloha to Hawaii

It’s not as far as the US mainland, but far enough for a decent break. Hawaii is renowned for its pristine beaches, waterfront resorts, bargain outlet shopping and fine hospitality, however for those craving a little more culture, history or wilderness, Hawaii offers a plethora of unique experiences. Staying on Oahu, day trips from Honolulu include incredible rainforest and waterfall walks, a trip to the laid back, surf centric north shore, a pineapple plantation with the world’s largest maze, and a traditional luau experience at the Polynesian Cultural Center. Further afield some of both the world’s oldest and newest landscapes await, from the breathtaking Grand Canyon of the Pacific in Waimea Canyon on Maui, to the actives volcanoes and lava flows of the Big Island.
