One of the swankiest rooftop bars in the city, the Hi-So Pool Bar at the Sofitel Singapore is incredibly popular. The sprawling terrace is, you guessed it, 33 storeys high and features an impressive 8 tonne of state-of-the-art microbrewery equipment. Situated atop the Marina Bay Financial Centre, this unique restaurant and lounge serves up authentic craft brews of European heritage, from the full bodied 33.1 Blond Lager to the smoky and strong 33.3 Stout. You can savour modern European eats, from the signature pig & snail to the beef tenderloin served with truffled russet puree, roma tomatoes, garlic confit and creamy celeriac.
