Toy Story Land
The moment you step into Andy’s Backyard in Toy Story Land, you’ll feel like you’ve shrunk to the size of a toy. With six oversized attractions to explore, you could be getting a happy snap with your favourite toys one moment and racing down the U-shaped RC Racer roller coaster the next. Get more thrills at the awesome Toy Soldier Parachute Drop or the Slinky Dog Spin, or try out as a new recruit for a mission with Andy’s troops at the Toy Soldier Boot Camp. The littlies in particular will enjoy playing with Cubot, the living spinning block toy.
Disney Paint the Night
Pick up a Minnie Glow Bow or Mickey Glow Mitt and get ready for a dazzling light spectacular. Every day at sunset the park comes to life with millions of colourful lights, a fireworks show and a glowing parade of Disney characters, music and spectacular floats. The first ever fully LED parade at any Disneyland in the world, the whole family will love each and every one of the illuminated Disney characters, from Tinker Bell to the Monsters Inc characters. With the incredible Mickey Magic Paint Brush you can even change the colours of the dancers’ costumes!
A sure winner for the older kids, Tomorrowland is the place to go for exhilarating rides that double as the ultimate adventure into space and into the future. Ride a space ship through the dark outer space limits of Space Mountain, a roller coaster ride with sharp bends and sudden drops. Fly your own flying saucer at Orbitron, where you can control exactly how high and low you fly. Or become a Space Ranger at the Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters ride and fight off all those evil aliens. For the youngest of children, they’ll love riding the electric cars of the future at Autopia and the water-squirting space vehicles and figures at UFO Zone.
Go on a fun-filled safari through Adventure Land to discover the rainforest, wildlife and waterways that will transport you to a whole new world. Glide past hippos, orangutans, elephants and cobras on the Jungle River Cruise, dodge the water spouting out of totem poles at Liki Tikis, or cross the river on a raft to get to Tarzan’s Treehouse for awesome jungle views and the chance to play with Tarzan’s cool gadgets and gizmos. The street entertainment is fabulous too, from village drummers to a Jungle Puppet Carnival, and The Festival of the Lion King is a must-see rendition of the classic movie favourite.
