Indian Pacific - Australia
Travel between two great oceans on the Indian Pacific - a transcontinental journey that departs from Sydney and travels 4,352 kilometres west to Perth. Passing through Broken Hill and Kalgoorlie, the first Indian Pacific rail trip was taken in 1970 and today the service is offered once a week. There are three classes to choose from including Platinum, Gold Kangaroo and Red Kangaroo.

The rail line was constructed in stages over the past century – construction on the first set of tracks began in 1878. Today the 48 hour journey is one of the great Australian rail trips.

Norwegian Fjords – Norway
The stunning Norwegian fjords can be admired on a dedicated rail tour. Departing from Oslo, the trip includes Bergan, Balestrand and the country’s longest and deepest fjord – Sognefjord or in English, the King of Fjords. This is an exceptionally beautiful part of Europe.
