Darwin Food and Drink

Darwin's food and drink scene is impressive for a town of this size. From the varied restaurants in the historical Stokes Hill Wharf precinct, to laid back boat clubs along the shore in Fanny Bay, there's no shortage of places to eat that offer excellent views. A handful of quirky cafes breathe life into the breakast scene serving up great coffee and meals. While open air markets in Nightcliffe and at Mindil Beach showcase Darwin's excellent street food scene, including Thai and Vietnamese, Italian and modern Australian.
