Peopleworks - Human Resources. The key to Flight Centre Limited's business success has always been its people. Peopleworks is charged with the care of the "people" side of our business. It fulfills this Human Resources function through the Recruitment Centres, the Learning Centres, the Leadership Centres, HealthWise (our in house health & fitness service), eVentures (corporate adventure activities), the Guidance Centres (AU only) and Moneywise (our in house financial planning service).
Flight Centre Limited Technology. FCT manages the continual improvement of our operating systems and processes, implementation and maintenance of IT standards, project development, global rollouts and IT infrastructure and support for all businesses. These functions are performed by IT specialists, programmers, support personnel, systems specialists, business analysts, and project managers.
Product Team. The Flight Centre Product Division currently covers over 155 staff from our Marketing, Public Relations & Media, Creative Artworks, air and land contracting, incentives and booking engine departments. Responsibility includes managing the integrity of our brand, planning and execution of our external communications and developing the products that we take to market. Employing marketing managers, airline representatives, product development, creative teams and product negotiation specialists, the product nation is crucial in generating the right product, services and messages to the market.
Finance. Flight Centre Limited Finance performs many varied functions within our business including: Paymattters, Accounting services, Global Taxation, Business Ownership Schemes, Banking and Treasury services, corporate finance, global financial reporting, global risk management, consulting, projects and learning and development. We have country, state and regional accounting roles with the majority of specialist roles mainly being performed out of our Brisbane and Auckland offices.
Property Team and Global Buying Team. Our property team is responsible for the sourcing, fitout and maintenance of all our Flight Centre Limited offices and stores. The Flight Centre Global Buying division is responsible for analysing and managing the purchasing of supplies for Flight Centre Limited. The property and global buying divisions employ a number of project managers, leasing managers, construction, procurement and property management specialists.
