We know how hard everyone works and we like to recognise outstanding efforts. We have national and international award ceremonies designed to do just this.

Our 2008 Global Gathering was held in Hawaii in July, 2007 was held in Dublin, and in 2006 we hosted a spectacular award ceremony in Las Vegas. In 2009 we're off to Barcelona!

Our 2007 international global gathering in Dublin was attended by 1500 employees from across the globe. With non-stop awards and entertainment including Sir Bob Geldolf and Ronan Keating, it was a great tribute to the outstanding efforts of top performers.
